In the storyline, Kane beat Rey up real bad and took his mask off of him. In real life we know he had been injured months ago, had major surgery and rehabilitation. Rey will be feuding with Kane in this storyline.

the real thhing that happened to him was he announced he was leaving a little while to have some surgeries done. viccki had her own lil way for him to leave cus she was still mad about that 619 he did on her and so first the gurrero nephew come out and started beating on him and then big show demolished him and of course before we seen anything else the lights went off. thats what happened.
