  1. Check here:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?i...

You will find what you like!

    Good luck!

  2. Use a ceramic bowl you already have, every little thing else is available and most Asian Grocers, Sunnybank for huge selection, the Valley, or any Chinese Grocery Store with a good selection can help you out.  Sushi mats available in nearly all local supermarkets, nori etc.  Stop friendly looking mother aged (no I am not trying to be disrespectful) Asian Lady in the street near you and ask her where the nearest best Asian Grocer is.   Too EASY!

  3. I make authentic looking and tasting sushi and got everything at Coles in Kenmore. If you need anything fancier, try the Asian food shops in the Valley.

  4. If you can't get in your local kitchenware shop try the Valley (including around Palace Centro and Emporium) or New Farm.
