Hi,

haven't been there in a few years so don't know if it still exists, but there was a store in Hicksville, just South of Sears and the Broadway Mall (on 106 or 107?) that is across the street from there.  i'm almost certain it is/was somewhere between the mall and the train station.  can't think of the name.

try little tobacco shops with weird candles, black light posters, tie-dye shirts, find the 'adult' section (need to have proof you are over 18) hidden in the back, and look for 'water pipes' - NOT 'bongs'.   there's a place in Monticello, on the main street, on a corner, like Candles and Things or something.

they are all over the place, you just need to hit up the right tobacco store and be over 18.
