  1. well if you are in san diego, yeah. if not try petco or petsmart. I got a 55 gallon for 50 bucks hear in san diego though

  2. Around here they sell 10 gallons for 10$ but online your could probably find a used 15-20 more if your want for $20-$30 depending on where u look. glasscages.com has some good ones but you can also search lll reptile or big apple herp or just google so and so number of gallon tanks and im sure the search would come up with something. anoles are cool little lizards just make sure you give lots of plants and hides and mist the walls and artificial hides at least once a day to keep the humidity up as well as provide ample hydration for the anoles. they will only drink from droplets that form on leaves and the like. good luck with your anole and hope this helps:)

  3. join your local freecycle

someone may have one they are not using any more and give it to you free.

I have received a lot of great things to use for my tortoises on freecycle

  4. Hello; Petcos, Petsmarts and other pet stores are likely going to be the most expensive (average price with lid and locks is 65 dollars for a 20 gallon long); so I would highly suggest checking local yard sales, asking reptile-owning friends if they have spare tanks that they are willing to sell for cheap/give away, checking local flea markets, checking the classifieds in your newspaper, and/or looking at websites that have ads like Ebay, Craigslist, Faunaclassifieds.com, or the Kingsnake.com classifieds. I regularly see 15-20 gallon terrariums for 5-15 dollars for sale on Craigslist.com

Heck; last year I managed to get six lightly used 6X2X2 boaphile terrariums, ten 10 gallon tanks, and four 20 gallon longs (all including heating, lids, locks and thermometers) on Kingsnake.com for 130 dollars for all of it, so I am sure you will be able to find a good deal on a website like that if you keep at it. :)

I hope this helps, and if you have any further questions at all on the subject; please feel free to message me and I will be more than happy to assist you.

    Good luck!

  5. I had one of these once. Make sure you routinely mist the walls of the tank. They tend to drink water by slurping up the drops. Also if it has a heat rock, make sure it doesn't get too hot. They're too stupid to move when it gets too hot and mine burned it's hands off.

  6. try craigslist or kijiji, keep looking and you could find one cheaper than you think.
