  1. Tell your coach you have develped shin splints and that you are to be resting for a few weeks...

  2. Dose it good, the proper way in taking medicine.

  3. Just limp, that's really the only thing you can do. Sprains don't really have a sight to them... you could maybe put makeup as if you have a huge bruise around your ankle.. and sprains normally swell pretty badly.

  4. I know this sounds stupid but try it. Get a ball, something like a soccer ball. Ask your brother or sister or whoever to stand next to the ball. Run towards it and the another person kicks it also. Both of you collide and hopefully that will hurt your ankle.

It happened to me once and I totally flipped over. I couldn't even walk properly afterwards. If you don't understand what I'm talking about, just pretend you sprained it, limp everywhere you'll go and tell your teacher about it.

  5. moan and dont walk

  6. Okay, having a sprained ankle means it hurts to walk on it.  Play basketball, and pretend to land on your foot crooked and fall down.  Then ask for ice, and presto, you have a sprained ankle.

  7. I do not suggest spraining your ankle to get out of this one.  I sprained mine badly in 2004 and still have consequences from it.  I suggest just telling your school that you do not want to go.
