Dose anyone work at walmart with problems?

yep...customers constantly complaining there isnt enough registers open yet there are never enough hired (i have to laugh everytime i see that walmart commercial about register are always open for the customers)..floor associates constantly having to run and help on the registers,so little gets stocked on the shelp..the department managers...always having to either do the work of the employees they wont hire, or having to do the work of their floor associates that is always stuck running a register..and then upper managers wonder why nothing has been done in the departments.but we cant blame the management because its people above the store manager that refuse to let us hire enough people.dont get me wrong i enjoy working there...but it would be nice for once to stop having to cover everyone else and be able to do the jobs we were actaully hired for.
