  1. It is an abrasive so it can clean off the stains etc.  So yes.  


  2. instead of using real baking soda use arm and hammer advance white toothpaste. it the same but quicker and made for ur teeth. it has baking soda in it but also it has fluoride. and yes it does make them whiter.

  3. yes- but the real whitener is using peroxide with it- make a paste and brush away-
