  1. EVERYBODY who gets employed in the UAE has to obtain a residence visa because it's illegal to work on a visit visa. For this you have to undergo a medical including HIV bloodtest and x-ray for TB. ALL professions have to undergo this. Housewives are excluded of taking x-rays.

If tested HIV pos. you will be send home immediatley. Some people (where Authorities expect people disapearing) will be even be handcuffed and have to stay in prison until deportation date.

    Take care.

  2. Obviously!

You must undergo a medical test once you come over here on Service/Mission/Employment/Resident Visa.

Coming for work means automatically there will be resident visa (visa will be issued upon the work permit only, if you are coming here for a work), then before issueing MOL Id cards, you must undergo the Medical...

There will be a blood test (Including Blood Group & HIV)

If anyone fails this test he/she will be deported ASAP.

    Thx

  3. Yes everyone has to take it & if positive they send that person back to thier country.

  4. You need a blood test for a residency visa.  Who knows what they test for - probably HIV, but they could test for other diseases or drugs also.

If you have AIDS they will definately deny your visa applicaton.

  5. hi hi funny laws  idealy a hiv positve should be treated  as any infections but i feel  abudubai handcuff them put in prison deplane them
