  1. music files from itunes are drm-laden. in order to play them on mp3 players other than ipod and iphone, you need a special program to help strip off the protection and convert the itunes m4p, m4b, m4a music to mp3. i always use tuneclone. my friend introduced it to me. it automatically generates a virtual cd burner, with which the music files can be converted at very high speed.

you can learn more about it from:

    http://www.tuneclone.com

  2. I don't think that it would work... It doesn't cost money to download iTunes. But what I do is, I used to have an mp3 player so I downloaded. Mp3 Rocket, I love it. Still today, I get all my songs off there and then I then Import them into Itunes. Once youve downloaded the songs from Mp3 Rocket and you want to put the songs on the mp3 player then.

    1. Open up My Computer...

    2. Then Double Click HP_PAVILION (C:)

    3. Click Documents and Settings

    4. Click HP_Administrator

    5. Click Shared

All of your songs you downloaded should be there...

    6. Open Up My computer, again

    7. Click on the mp3 player

    8. Copy the Music from the Shared folder and Paste them in to your Mp3 player File.
