I have a friend who has been using a back brace and she said that for her it took time to get used to it.

I would recommend checking with your doctor and physical therapist as well to see what they say.

and yeah :/ u need some time to get used to it but...it worths it

i had a friend like that but i actually didnt understand how fast he took it off so i guess when u become used to it maybe u are rdy to take it off lol :P
