okay so breakfast-a little bowl of cherrios with whole milk and wheat toast with strawberry jellylunch-salad with ranch and r flavored bacon bitts okay cuz i havent been eating them cuz i was confuzed and tomatoes dinner-veggie burger (morning star) with wheat bread and cheese kepchut ,olive oil manasse, and musturddo i need to change anything ?some snacks maybe?and i take iron pills...and r all morning star products veggie friendly?
