  1. everything sounds good but you may want to talk to you doctor at a physical or check up about vitamins

  2. You should definitely try to get some more fresh fruits and veggies in there.

I wouldnt recommend eating too much of the refined foods as they tend to be high in sodium and sugars.

Try to get some healthy snacks in. Like some nuts or hummus or something.

Maybe with your breakfast instead of jelly, you could switch to preserves. Or maybe even some cottage cheese if you care for it- cottage cheese is high in protein.

Try looking up the vegetarian food pyramid, it gives you a good block to start at when thinking of what you should eat.

A multi-vitamin is probably a good idea. You should ask your doctor before starting on one though, and discuss which would be better to take.

  3. Just a few "tweaks":

Breakfast:  have some FRESH fruit on your cereal, and leave out the toast and jelly (unneeded sugar and no nutritional value);  add a small piece of cheese , if you want

Lunch:  Leave out the bacon bits.  There's no bacon in them- just processed chemicals.  Add some dry-roasted nuts instead - have a piece of fruit too

Dinner - Try to limit the "fake" meat because it has too many preservatives & chemicals.  You already have cheese as a protein, so just have some grilled veggies or a green or fruit salad.  Try grilling whole portobello mushrooms, and eat them on a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion & sliced avocado

Nuts are great snacks ... Tofutti Cuties are really good ...

  4. ok why would they call them bacon bits if they werent bacon...that should be obvious.

but that sounds really healthy A LOT healthyer than i eat for me its like

    breakfast-cereal

    lunch-a tortilla with cheese

Dinner- a piece of toast with jelly and 2 bowls of cereal

    lol

  5. Sounds low on protein and calcium. The mayonnaise will give you some of the oil/fat you need, but you probably don't use very much.
