  1. No!!! No more than any other of the teas that claim weight loss. Instead, save the $$$$ and start drinking water and lots of it. To mix it up, throw some cucumber slices, mint leaves, and some slices of lemon with lots of ice and you'll be surprised how yummy and refreshing it is. In a few days, you'll notice some of the bloat going away as well as the urges to eat. Even if you don't drink the water, the tea will only help you with the water weight and you have to stick to a diet plan and exercise to get the results you want...I believe it tells you that when you purchase it. No different than the claims the diet pills make...take a pill, follow the diet plan, do the exercises. You'll lose the weight without the pills!! It's a ploy my friend. Start drinking the water and watching what you eat, take a walk or whatever works for you and the weight will fall off!!! Good luck!


  2. Yes and NO.

    It is a diuretic, makes you pee a lot. You lose water weight and become dehydrated. You can easily lose 5 pounds in a day or two but you but it back on when you drink anything.

    It is very dangerous even to a healthy person to become dehydrated and thse teas make you so.
