  1. I have a theory, i think having a small fist is better if you have the power to back it up. Many shaolin monks and karatekas have small hands , yet they have trmendous power. Think of this, a smaller fist dosent spread the force like a big one, so the pounds per sqaure inch (psi) are more concentrated on one area. On the other hand, a guy with a small fist and frail physique, probably wont pose much threat. its up to the person really

  2. the only way i think that it would matter is because it has a larger surface area.

i have heard  that be feet = more power in a punch. i mean on will have a stronger base. Because of the bigger base, one will have a more powerful punch (at lest that's what i have heard).

  3. Absolutely not. It's how you train it. As Bruce Lee said of his own fist "It hits all by itself."

Also you do not strike with your whole fist, just the first two knuckles, so the strength of your bones and position of your wrist is technically more important.

  4. Not as much as the size of your heart.

    All other things being equil.

  5. Not at all. You should only strike with your first two knuckes anyway. The others are too fragile and too easily broken. The first two are the only two knuckles that connect to your wrist, making them stronger.

Also, if your fist is smaller, you'd be wise to concentrate on strikes to the temple, heart, between ribs, up underneath someone's ribcage, and other soft points that will really allow you to devastate someone internally.
