They do offer free pc to phone service and one that you pay for that is phone to phone service using the Yahoo Messenger, and the cost is a couple of cents per minute.

They offer this on their new Yahoo Instant Messenger Program.  I think this is VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol).  You can check with customer service on this.

Messenger.  This is a monthly charged service for only $2.99 a month.  You only pay that monthly charge for unlmited incoming calls through Yahoo! Messenger.  I have 2 Phone In phone numbers...one in the US and one in the UK.  My brother is in the UK and when he calls my UK Phone In number it is a local call for him and it rings my Yahoo!
