Dosen't it feel like rain is actually increasing the heat ?

It was raining 5 minutes ago and rained for like 10mins and stopped. All of a sudden i felt it got more hotter than it was before raining....What do you guys think ??

The temperature cooled but become muggier because of the increase in moisture.  The actual temperature will be cooler,  the heat index,  if the sun comes back out will make it seem hotter..

It rains when it is no more possible for the air to hold the humidity in it. At ground level the hot earth immediately converts the rain water into humidity. Thus we feel hot.

You are right. But after some more rains, it is not so.

One more reason is the clouds do not let the heat radiated from earth to escape into sky.
