Question:

Dosen't the railway system in India publish timetables?

It seems that whenever I look at the "Rail" catagory of Yahoo, Answers!, 3 out of 4 questions are from someone in India asking about train schedules. Aren't Indians intelligent enough to call their local railway station, and ask for the information they want from an employee of the railroad who would know the answer to their question. Why do they think a bunch of strangers living all around the world would know anything about the Indian rail system?
