Dots????????? Whatever I click on gets surrounded by dots, why?

Ok Omar, when I click on a Q, that I want to answer, it highlights in dots. Capiche?

I know what you mean but I have no idea why.

The same reason that a clicked link in a Google search results page goes purple, not blue?

Why would you even care... Its part of the browser to highlight a hyperlink with dots around it.. you can't hide it really at all... guess you could find a browser but theres not much point..
