  1. those dots are kind of like mini bruises. if you have them on your wrist, it means you're hitting the ball in the wrong spot. if the dots are on your forearms, then it just means your arms aren't used to hitting the ball. so no doctor needed! they'll go away on their own eventually.

it your dots are on the wrists, you aren't bumping correctly and could hurt yourself. to bump correctly. fold your hands together, with your thumbs next to each other, not on top because you could break them if the ball accidentally goes there. next when you have your arms together, and straight out, you should have a somewhat flat surface on your forearms. this is called the "plank". this is the ideal spot to bump a volleyball because it's flat and gives you the most control. when bumping the ball there, make sure to bend your knees and DON'T swing your arms. instead, use your legs for power.

    hope i helped! :]

  2. they will go away when your arms are used to passing. dont worry about it.

  3. i think it might be from sweating. some red dots might appear from something called sweat bumps. i have seen that condition before.

if not it may be from the ball hitting that area of your arm to hard, and it might have made them appear.

  4. Could be an allergic reaction from the rubber ball especially if the ball has latex rubber in it.

Put some olive oil or baby oil on the dots.

    Take some benedrly.

  5. It is a kind of bruising you get from hitting the ball with your arm.  It will go away.

  6. dont worry, this will fade over time. your arms will get more used to the constant drilling and toughen up!

  7. you are not used to the ball hitting your arms. start with a lighter ball. if you still have red dots, just wait for you arms to get used to the ball and get rid of the irritation.

  8. Is it just where you contact the ball alot? If so, it's probably just from passing the ball. It happens to me all the time, even after I should have gotten used to it ;)

  9. it is your blood vessels breaking, it is no big deal. i get them sometimes at try outs when ihaven't played in a while. your arm just needs to get used to it. they will go away in a few weeks!

  10. I have played volleyball for three years now, so I do not get those anymore, but I did when I first started playing. It really is not a big deal. Your arms are not used to the rough contact so they are naturally reacting. The dots are just like bruises or little broken blood vessels. There is nothing to worry about. If you continue playing, your arms will get used to it, and if you don't, they will just go away. Hope I helped :)

  11. its normal.. no need to go see a doctor

  12. Have you ever been slapped on the arm and it it left a red mark? Well it is basically that same thing but you don't directly hit that one spot. Thats the only thing I can think of.
