Dotty Darroch tipped to prevail in Jinyu - tyregiant.com Handicap (Div I)
Dotty Darroch has got a solid chance of winning the Jinyu - tyregiant.com Handicap (Div I) at Beverley in England on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. The winner of the class-6 event will be awarded a cash prize of £1,941.
The going will be good to soft in the 5 furlong event, which is scheduled to start at 14:00 GMT. A total of nine runners have been attracted towards the race and their names are as follows: Invigilator, Dotty Darroch, Fair Bunny, Elusive Bonus, Divertimenti,
Mr Mo Jo, Pawan, Sophie´s Beau and Cottam Stella.
Looking at the track conditions, the best chances of victor are with Dotty Darroch. She is in decent form right now and has got some useful experience as well, which will encourage the punters to risk money on her.
The four-year-old filly has participated in 22 races until now, winning a couple of them and finishing third on the same number of times. In addition to that, she has also secured the runner up spot once.
The Robin Bastiman’s trainee finished first in her penultimate outing, despite not being rated as the favourite back then. The conditions were almost similar like today, thus she did not have any issues.
A similar run will definitely put Dotty Darroch in contention for another victory at Beverley. She will be partnered by Daniel Tudhope, who is a seasoned rider and has won numerous races at this level. However, he lacks consistency, which will discourage
the punters from risking money on him.
The bookies seem to have more confidence in the abilities of Invigilator, as he has been performing well over the past few events. However, the ground may nit suit him today, thus the punters would be hesitant to place bets on him.
The four-year-old gelding has participated in 13 events, winning a couple of them and finishing third on the same number of times. He was unable to make a big impression in his most recent run, finishing fourth in it. He was up against some very good runners,
thus the result was still not a bad one in the end.
Invigilator will be partnered by seasoned jockey, Graham Gibbons, who has been doing a good job in recent times.
