Okay, so I am double jointed in my right arm and everytime I hit a forehand I have to pull extremely back.( Making it very very weak compared to my peers) This has gotten me very frustarated and i think that it may have something to do w. my double jointed nes b.c my coach said i have to pul my forehand back b.c of my double jointed ness. Is there scientific evidence to prove his case? Thanks
