  1. yea i find it easier to do a mowhalk and then 2 back 3 turns before i take off for my salchow...

when 3 turning into the salchow wait untill you come all the way around and then jump it up like an axel.

also whilist 3 turning hold your arms our in an L shape and be sure to take your whole body with u rather than twisting ... this helps with rotation.

-posture up at all times  =]

  2. This may sound simple, but just think about doing a three turn axel.  A double salchow is actually only one and a half times around in the air, so is a double toe.  You don't get to doing two full times in the air until you get to double loops.  Remember to check your arms and free leg well, as you would on any three turn.  Then kick your free leg through just like on an axel.

  3. i always thought it was easier to do back 3 turn mohawk,

and the bring ur foot through.

while in the air, make sure your things are crossed and tight, and your feet are together.

also make sure your arms are square and u dont swing them to much.

  4. From what you've said it sounds like your curling around to much when you go into the air. My friend had this problem too. It usally happens... when you go into the air go straight bringing your arms and legs out AT THE SAME TIME. Then squeeze in hard, crossing your arms and making sure your feet are together ankle to ankle... never wrap your leg around or close to your knee because that is a bad habit.  Practicing off-ice helps to. Good Luck.
