Double Sided Mirror film?

Question

I wanted to know if there is such thing as a film you put on an existing clear surface to make it see through.

Like when you see those crazy gas mask people in movies where their goggles are black or reflective silver.

Anyways if theres such thing where can you buy it?

There sure is such a thing! My dad used to have it in his bedroom window so he could watch the birds at his feeder without scaring them away.
