Double Strollers...?

Question

I have a toddler and baby #2 on the way and I'm searching for a good, easy to push double stroller, with cup holders for me and the children, a compartment for bags, etc pretty much everything a stroller should have. Also, something not so big!

I would try Target and Babies R Us but look online because you can get reviews posted by people who have already bought them and used them.  I found them very helpful in making decisions about carseats and strollers.  That way you don't waste your money on a stroller you hate!

I can't recommend one from personal use but I can tell you what not to get!  We have the Graco Quattro Tour double and while it looks great, has nice features like cup holders/basket, it is so big and heavy I break my back every time I lift it in and out of the car. It also takes up the entire back of my SUV. I spend half the time I'm pushing it around either calling it my tank or saying how much I hate it. :)

How old is your toddler? Once my littlest is old enough to sit up in a stroller, we're Craiglisting the Graco and buying the Joovy Ultralight sit & stand. It weighs about half of the Graco and gives my toddler the option of standing or sitting on a jump seat if he's tired of walking or standing. The only downside is that if you put the car seat on it (it does have an adaptor for this purpose), the toddler can't sit down. So, if your toddler is on the young side (mine was 22 months when his sister was born) they may not be ready to stand the whole time.

I like my Graco Duo Glide. It has cup holders/and a snack tray. You can put in an infant car seat in front or back. You have a cup holder, but the the cup tends to tip if you hit a bump or something. It has a big storage area on bottom and it moves across soccer fields well. Both seats have their own sun protector. And I use it daily. Good luck. It is best to go to the store and put your toddler in it and push it around or any other stroller to see if you like the feel of it. I liked toys r us for doing that. I also get the package for replacement if it gets broken.

I would recommend the Combi side by side you can buy attachments for the cup holders and it folds not once but TWICE!!  both sides recline which is nice the ONLY downfall of this stroller it's 300$$$$ babies r us and it's light weight!!

Well my only suggestion is that you gt one the is a train and not side by side, you will fit through doorways much easier, and try craigslist.

Well, I'm currently a nanny to twin baby boys and a toddler. The babies have a double stroller that I absolutely LOVE!! Its a jogging stroller though so it doesn't have cup holders for the kids but its got a compartment for bags and is SO easy to push especially in the yard to take the toddler outside to play!!! It pushes so smoothly and when you go over rocks or something you can't hardly tell! I'm not sure who its by but its called InStep!
