  1. plaese get one in front of the other. most people these days think it's okay to have side by side, but it takes up half the pavement... so please consider others too!  thanks

  2. one in front of the other is defo better but it does feel like you r pushin a bus

a side by side one looks better but is hard to fit through doors

  3. congratulations on baby no.2!

my mum has had 10 children i am one of them, we have had both one in front of the other and side by side, the one in front of the other is better for many reasons, easier to get in and out of doors, easier on the pavements, and easier to push, but side by side is also good for the children being able to see them both, but harder to get through doors of the house or shops, hope this helps, sorry if it is to long though.

but then again you do now best you are the one that has to be happy with what you have to push around, i asked my mum what she though and she said one in front of the other she prefers.

  4. I definitely recommend a Maclaren. I have a Maclaren Twin Traveller for my twins and absolutely love it. It is a side by side but it fits down any aisle or door way I have been through, as it is slightly smaller than a standard doorway. Also VERY easy to manuver! It is also light weight and folds up pretty small! It can also be from birth and up. And easy to clean!

  5. I started out with a side by side and it was such a pain.  It was a Peg Perego one and difficult to turn and fit down aisles while shopping or in a tight area.  I have since switched to the Graco DuoGlider which is a one in front of the other and love it.  The only difficult part is one kid can lean forward and grab the other one but this was a problem with the side by side too.  Definitely, the one in front is so much better.  They even have ones where the baby lays in a sling underneath.  I've seen them around but haven't personally used it.  Other moms have said they work great too and aren't as long as the one in front ones.  Good LUck.

  6. Side by side would be nice when my 5 month old is a little older.  Those types only strap in around the waist and a little baby would be so uncomfortable in one.  I like the tandem stroller because I can strap my two-year-old in front and put the baby's carrier in the back facing me - maybe when he is older I will buy the side by side for outings at the park and carnivals and such.

  7. One behind the other, easier to get into shops, lifts etc.

With the side by side you may find some buildings and paths inaccessible as buggy will be too wide.

  8. i have a maclaren twin side by side, and i prefer it to the one infont of the other ones, my son is 22 months and my daughter is 8 months.

i prefer this as they are both out front to see whats going on and i think its sfer as you can tend to the children more easier since they arent miles apart! the only problem is the width and your door way! personally i think they look a whole lot nicer than the one infront ones too!

if you decide on a side by side measure your door way first to make sure it'l fit through!

  9. we had a one that was side to side and struggled to get it into shop doors and so we tried the one where one is infront and although it fitted into shop doors etc it was really hard to manouver around corners and so we went back with the first one. The thing is with a double buggy you have to be aggresive so to speak because a lot of shops etc dont provide the neccessary space for them.

  10. The Phil and Teds one behind the other one is fantastic. Good from birth as they can lie flat with another above and then converts to two upright seats

  11. personally i wud get one that is front to front.

its better because it takes up less space in ques and in busy places.

  12. i went with a one on front of the other or tandem because i had watched my sister struggle with a side by side buggy she could never get in doors of most shops and banks etc. just be sure to check it will fit into your car ok they are quite big and akward

  13. i had a graco tandem it was really heavy and awkward then i got a nipper out n about 360 and it is so light and easy to steer

  14. The one behind is better especially trying to get into shops or lifts and i find they much easier to use

  15. tried both of these and by far a side by side is a much more practical proposition.

  16. one behind the other it fit though the gaps, a friend of mine got a side by side one for her twins we put it together took us ages  dressed the twins put them in all wraped up and then realised we couldn't get it out of the house. i had one behind the other with my two when my eldest was 2 and a newborn and the eldest loved it as he could see really well from it ans it fits in spaces side by sides won't
