Chicken wings with the skin on are terrible for you when it comes to calories and fat grams.  If we are talking about fried rice, it is also bad because it is fried in tons of oil.  Steamed or boiled rice is not that bad for you.  I've been counting calories ever since having my baby and a double cheeseburger from Mcdonalds is probably actually a better choice.  On the other hand if you had brown rice steamed and a baked chicken breast without the skin...that would be a healthy option.

  7. Depending on where the cheeseburger is from, and how the rice and chicken is cooked. Although I think the rice and chicken would be healthier and more fulfilling.

    Even if you make the cheeseburger at home, it still has more fat and fewer nutrients than the rice & chicken. Rice is good for your digestive tract, has B vitamins and no fat; chicken has lots of protein and some fat depending on how it's prepared.

A regular double cheeseburger from McD's or Hardees has between 440-510 calories.  1 cup of rice has 240 calories and that is plain rice, nothing added.  1 fried chicken wing from KFC has 130 calories so if you eat 3 chicken wings and a cup of rice you have consumed 630 calories.  The three wings would have 24 grams of fat compared to 23 grams of fat in the cheeseburger.  On the plus side you get more fiber and less saturated fat with the chicken and rice.

  16. Beef is always fattier than chicken unless the chicken is deep fried so the rice and chicken would be healthier.

  22. This depends on a lot of info. Depending on how many wings you eat and how they are prepared the Double cheese burger may be better in some cases. Unless you stick to a small number of wings.

  24. The rice and chicken wings are almost certainly healthier for you, and you'll feel fuller for longer after eating them! If you ate the burger you'd crave more food sooner and it'd end up being even MORE unhealthy for you! If you want to be really healthy you could not eat the skin on the chicken wings :-)

  25. Depends on the meat and the cheese used.  Eat them both and see which one makes you p**p more.  The one that does is worse.
