Double chin question plz help me?

ok i have a small double chin but i want to get rid of it be4 school starts 4days i lift my head up and make my bottom teeth touch my top teeth which really give it a work out wat can i do to get rid of it quick

  2. You can't spot reduce.  You have to eat healthy and exercise, and you'll drop weight all over, and thus lose a double chin.  

    No amount of lifting your head and chewing gum will get rid of it.  

  3. When your driving, in the shower, on the computer, playing video games, watching tv, anything that doesnt involve your mouth and tongue - stick out your tongue and point it down, and pull as hard as you can. Eventually, it should turn into muscle. Chew gum that get's hard too.

    To exercise this muscle, open your mouth wide, pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth, and then work your jaw up and down as if you were trying to scoop something up with your lower jaw.   6. i know this sounds dumb, but this worked for me when i was chunky. lay on ur back. lift your head up for about thirty seconds. do this for about 3-5 times. thats a work out. do the workout a couple times a night

    so ur looking at doing anywhere from 20-30 times of doing this. if your trying to burn some stomach fat while ur at it. do some legs lift while doing this. a leglift is raise ur legs about 6 inches from the ground this not only helps with abs, it intensifies the neck work out. ive been doing sports for awhile so i know what im talking bout.
