Double end bag for boxing?

i want to purchase a double end bag, but i'm unsure how I would be able to set it up at home. It comes with cords, but where do I attach the cords???? I'm confused on how to set this up. Thank you.

The nylon rope is hooked to the ceiling and the bungee cord part gets hooked to the floor.  You can use a tube of "liquid nails" to hold a sturdy piece of wood to the floor if you have "Concrete flooring" to deal with and s***w the floor mount to it if need be.  The ball should have one ring one each end that's where the cords get hooked to.  Adjust tension on cords as needed.  If you can't find a stud in the ceiling I'd suggest buying a " electronic stud finder" you don't want to just s***w that thing into drywall you have to hit the stud in the ceiling.
