This isn't actually "my" problem, but I have a friend in the business who has trouble with several (3) Sharp AR-168S machines. Evidently they double image on the 1st copy only. If he runs say 10 copies, the 1st one comes out with the double/residual imaging, and the 2nd through tenth come out fine. He has tried replacing the drum, and it didn't make a difference. The problem still existed. If anyone has seen this problem and has a solution, I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks.
