Doubletree Employee Discounts?? Help!!?

If anyone is a doubletree employee who has a discount, which I have heard is about 40 bucks a night, I am staying in a Doubletree In November and need a discount. I can offer you in return a space avalible airline pass on Southwest Airlines, it is standby, but will take your round trip anywhere that southwest goes. Let me know if you can help me out!!
