Doubt in loss from house property?

salary person:I stayed in one city in own house for 9 months and stayed in another city for 3 months in rent house in same ay.own house i gave for rent from 3 months and i have loss from house property of 2.85.If not let out its 1.5 lak exmpt but here 3 months its given for rent so now doubt is i can claim full or ?????????
