Doubt regarding udavumkarangal in chennai?

I am interested in helping poor childs for their education. So, I am planning to choose any of the Non-Profit organisation and sponsor a child for their education. I have come across udavumkarangal and the following link

First I appreciate your intention.

According to me Udavum Karangal, is one of the oldest and finest organization in chennai. I had been there during my first year in college for donating some clothes and money and was over warmth by the reception they gave us.

Over the years this organization had grown much and now there are more people who donate for this. Of course not to forget that the demand also have increased for them.

So, go ahead and do this good job!

One small request :: as I had mentioned there are many donors now for udavum karangal, hence try to find some other NGO that is of same nature but with limited finance .. in that case it will be more useful I think.
