Doughnut Lovers=Cops?

Question

So I'm sure everyone's heard that cops love doughnuts, but is it really true and if so why? I mean, there are a lot of other foods that could be eaten sitting in a car all day. And please no answers like" because they're good." Thanks so much:d

Well around here i know they get free coffee at Tim Hortons (a popular coffee/doughnut shop in canada) so i assume they get free doughnuts too.

i don't think that is true of all cops,

but some of them probably do.

its probably because its good, and easy to eat and buy.

well it is true that all cops love doughnuts, everyone does cop or not. but heres proof, one day on the way to school my car broke down at an intersection. this is in like 96 so i had no cell. and what do you know was at the intersection but a doughnut shop.i walked in and there were three or four cops and i asked for help and they pushed my car to a parking lot and instead of giving me a ride to school they took me home and i got to skip that day
