Dovils Date favourite for Wellpool Proud To Sponsor Steve Jakes Racing Juvenile Hurdle
Dovils Date will have to cope up with wet weather conditions in order to claim the Wellpool Proud To Sponsor Steve Jakes Racing Juvenile Hurdle (Supporting Tiana Honey Watson Fund) at Fontwell in England on Tuesday, December 11, 2012.
There has been a lot of rain in England over the past couple of weeks, which has affected a lot of racecourses. Moreover, the temperatures have also been coming down dramatically at some venues, thus the organisers are finding it difficult to keep things

The successful stallion will be awarded a cash prize of £2,534 in the end.
Looking at the wet ground, it seems that Whipcrackaway will have a good chance of brining up his maiden victory over hurdles today. He is likely to attract a lot of bets from the punters, but things will not be entirely easy for him today.
The three-year-old challenger from Ireland does not have a lot of experience and he will be under immense pressure. He has appeared in several races over hurdles, winning none of them until now.
However, the Peter Hedger’s trained gelding secured the runner up position once, which shows that he is quite capable of fighting or victories at this level.
On the other hand, Dovils Date is a confident performer and does have one victory to his name in this format. Despite that, things will not be easy for him, as the track will not suit him.
His trainer, Tim Vaughan, will be hoping for improved conditions before the start of action. However, that does not seem likely at the moment.
Richard Johnson will be partnering Dovils Date today. The same jockey helped him earn his maiden victory over hurdles.
