I cant afford a down payment by myself and i cant live where im liveing now.(ex-husband problems)

  1. Check out the Genesis Foundation,you can download the application. If you qualify you can receive$5000-$25,000 for a down payment and closing costs. The good part is that you don't have to pay this back,but the seller has to agree to donate the same amount back so that they can help others.


  2. There are different programs depending on where you live, check with your real estate agent, or the broker they work with. They know all of the programs that you may qualify for.
