Down hill skiing cross trainer?

I know there are rip sticks and flow boards for snowboarding but can i get something like that for downhill skiing i dont want anything that cost more then about $200

  1. Try rollerblading.  You can actually work the same muscles especially if you are trying to go uphill.   You can use poles while you do it too to help with your timing.  

    Also just biking up steep inclines will help.
