Down phone line?

My phone line is hanging about 2 feet from the ground. who am i suppose to call to fix it?? and is it going to be at my expense???

Call the phone company.  If the line is outside your home, it is their property - their expense.

call the telephone company, it's their responsibility.  you are only responsible for the equipment in your house.

Call the PSTN telco repair service that you have telephone service with.

They are responsible for all outside line repairs.

But, if the line is on your property, they may charge you for the repair, unless the damage was due to acts of nature.
