  1. True: Down's Syndrome is also called Trisomy 21.

    It can also be caused by a third partial copy of chromosome 21 (ie doesn't have to be a full copy of chromosome 21).


  2. True... It's due to three copies of all or even part of chromosome 21.  It's the most common trisomy.  Most others are fatal.
