Down to earth? what does that mean?!?

It's like saying your head is in the clouds... you have dreams that most likely can't come true or you daydream a lot...Down to Earth is the exact opposite.

in my opinion, it means you dont judge people. You're willing to step out of your own box to open your mind to other people's beliefs, and whether you agree with them or not, you accept them.

Down to earth means like a tree hugger or into nature. If I said I am so down to earth that means I am really into nature and o.k. with the surroundings of trees and leaves and all that out doors stuff. So if someone said you were down to earth don't be mad or worried.
