Download pictures from cell phone to computer. I need to download some pictures from my Motorola

I need to download some pictures from my Motorola razor to E-mail via my computer. I do not have the capability to do so via the phone

Can I send a picture to my email from my phone and then download it and then upload it to another site.

i have a usb connection but memory card. i need pictures from my cell phone to my laptop.
