Download torrent that are smaller in size?

i want to download movies that are about 200 mb(around that area) but all i seem to find is 700mb and up

Any around 200mb would be irrelevant, a virus, or low quality if you're lucky.

Get faster broadband if you don't like the speed.

Or buy DVD's.

Movies compressed to 200mb would be barely watchable, or like a youtube video. (They're watchable but low quality)

Movies that size will either be considerably less quality, or considerably smaller in size. Movies formatted for iPods are about that size, but are usually of a lower quality.

It's like trying to fit a car in a shoebox. You just can't do it.
