Downloaded Smiley Central; now two popups; default search change attempt blocked & search setting change noti?

I downloaded but didn't install the Smiley Central and this is probably why the pop ups won't go away. I don't want the Smiley's & have been trying to get rid of all this, but not having much luck. Any suggestions?

Download SpyBots Search and Destroy from www.download.com.  Install it.  Run the program.  Be sure to read the help file so you will know how to use the program.  It would remove most known spyware and adaware in your PC.
