Downloaded Yahoo Jukebox 3 times but can never get it to install. I have musicmatch 8 installed now.?

Do I need to have the Musicmatch Plus version. Installation stops at 99% then goes to 100% but is then unsuccessful. Should I download with Firefox or IE

They have been helping people with the installs, just not all of the problem the yahoo music jukebox has. I'd read the posts before downloading the yahoo jokebox though. Good luck hun
