Downloaded a film?

Question

Please can someone help me. I have downloaded a film on to my lap-top, but i want to but it on to a disc, how do i do it.

I do have nero 7.

I would be grateful for your help

I assume its a feature film Yea simple

open Nero Vision

Make DVD

then DVD video

add video files

then next

add menu if you want or on the drop down menu select no menu

click next

until you get to burn options

look at the top left hand side is the film PAL or ntsc

to change click more video options in video mode select the one you want then next and burn leave it alone couple of hours your done

open nero vision,click add files,let the program encode it then burn it
