Downloaded frostwire?

i downloaded frost-wire and I'm only get 1/5 green bars and saying it cannot find a connection, help?

  1. Do you have a working connection ? If no that might be why -.- lol :P

    But it usually takes like 30 seconds untlil te green bars fills up.
