Downloaded games on the Wii?

Does anyone know if I have to use the classics controler for games I have downloaded on th Wii or if I can just use my GameCube controller?

You can use both of them, but only 1 or 2 games don't work with the GameCube controller. Get a classic controller because they are easier to find in the shops nowadays.

you can use classic or gamecube controller

befor you download it click the game you want, and look at the top it will show a icon of the controller that it can use

Yes it will have an image of the controller you can use and some of them let you use your gamecube controller.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can use either one for all of the games. Your talking Virtual Console right?

The only Virtual Console controller restrictions I believe are for the Wiimote held sideways...

i've found that most games you can use either one but there are a few that only the original will work
