Hi. I have a virus in c:\programme files\windupdates. AVG finds it, but can't touch it. The folder has about three infected files. I can shred them using Spybot secure shredder, but the folder instantly regenerates two or three more files, and when I run AVG, it finds trojans there again. Escan (mwav.exe) was recommended, but doesn't seem to find the problem. Any other ideas? It's a downloader trojan problem, but it seems to be stubborn. Thanks.
