Downloading Sims To Sims 2 Help =]?

Hi..thesims2.ea.com is the website i went to..i downloaded a few sims and objects to my documents..how do i put them onto the sims 2 game? Thanks =]

all you have to do is save them, than click them twice, and a little blue thing will come up, and click what ever it says, than a message will come up saying, your content was installed
