I really can't reboot my computer. It's a family computer and if I reboot the computer I'll lose everything.

So what programs can you install that remove this and not reboot your computer?

  1. IE Antivirus (also known as IEAntiVirus 3.3, IEAntiVirus, IE Antivirus 3.2) is a new rogue anti-spyware program and a successful one at that. IE Antivirus is a new version of old IE Defender. IE Antivirus is, essentially, a fake spyware remover, which uses various tactics to prove it's non-existent legitimacy and has the goal to persuade the user to buy it's "licensed version". IE Antivirus infects the system by using a fake installation of Video ActiveX Codec, which is a clone of Zlob trojan.

Once installed and active, IE Antivirus will flood the user with pop ups and fake system notifications to "inform" him of an infection on the system, Which is usually exaggerated and not true. IE Antivirus uses this disinformation to intimidate the user and, ultimately, to get him to buy the full version of the parasite, which is as fake as the trial.

IE Antivirus is a serious threat and should be removed as soon as possible.

  2. The easiest way to fix it is using Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware (Download it, update it, do a full scan, and remove everything it finds).

I would also recommend the following programs to make sure that you don't get infected again in the future:

    Spybot - Search & Destroy

    Avira AntiVir Personal

    Spyware Doctor Starter Edition

  3. Rebooting shouldn't be a problem as long as the work is saved or has been copied to a safe location away from the virus.

I suggest downloading a copy of the FREE virus program AVG

I use it myself and it will not require a restart after doing a system scan.

Although after installing most programs it will ask for a restart anyway so trying to backup your work would be better than downloading programs in the first place.

    Good luck

  4. almost all the software you install, you have to restart your computer. And restart your computer, you won't loss any thing in your computer.

    hope this will help.

  5. You should receive Malware removal support from a site like http://geekpolice.net/ if you have a virus or spyware.

I recommended it because they provide real fast support and a cure is guaranteed.

  6. You wont lose anything if you reboot the computer, all your doing is restarting the computer. Chances are it will ask to restart the computer, so that in can remove in the infection.

Now if you formated and reinstalled windws, then you would lose stuff, but not by rebooting/restarting the computer.
