Downloading Video Camera Footage?

I have a sony video camera and have some footage I want to download onto a computer file. It's a miny disk that holds the film. Does anyone know how I can upload the footage to a computer file? I have a dell computer by the way

  1. Finalise the DVD in the camcorder, put it in your PC's DVD drive and rip it with DVDDecrypter.
