Downloading a movie from Itunes?

I just got the "Across The Universe" torrent online and its now on my limewire loading. After its done loading onto limewire i will drag it over to itunes in the "Movies" section then i do all the stuff to set up the burning process than it asks me to put in a blank disk, which i have but i have the Sony CD-R cds. Does it make a difference if i have a DVD cd or a CD-R cd?
